Kenneth and Rebecca Klabunde
Our names are Kenneth and Rebecca, and we are so excited to be building this project here in Rushville, Indiana! Kenneth became a resident of Indiana during college, while Rebecca, a born and raised Hoosier, grew up spending her summers in Rushville on the family farm. We both graduated from Taylor University and started our careers, life together, and family in Central Indiana. After buying land here in 2007, we relocated from Fishers to the Rushville area in 2012 to raise our kids in a small town and in close proximity to their grandparents, great-grandparents, and extended family -- truly one of the best decisions we ever made!
We are now happy empty-nesters with a passion for serving others, which we do through several businesses we have launched over the years, as well as non-profit work with the Rushville food pantry and the initiative we are building here.
Because this is our home.
Because we love historic buildings, we love hard work, and the timing was right.
Because this is our personal passion. We have experienced the impact this work can have in our own lives and want to share it with others.
